The role develops individualized treatment plans to improve communication and patient outcomes, collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and 1–3 years of clinical experience,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 1–3 years as a Speech Therapist in a clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies and dysphagia management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and assesses speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Provides treatment for speech and swallowing disorders of organic and nonorganic etiology.
• Performs MBS evaluations in collaboration with Radiology and communicates results.
• Documents treatment interventions, patient progress, outcomes, and responses in the medical record daily.
• Ensures proper coding and maintenance of charge logs for billing and compliance.
