Job summary

Infor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and dysphagia services. You will evaluate patients, plan individualized care programs, and oversee home programs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and a Michigan license, with BLS certification within three months of hire. Expect active involvement in education and patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• MI license to practice as an SLP current.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and administers speech, language and dysphagia treatments.
• Designs and revises care plans and goals.
• Provides reports to physicians and documents per unit standards.
• Participates in in-service education and inter-disciplinary team activities.
• Maintains current knowledge of dysphagia and speech-language pathology practices.
