Job summary

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• State licensure required.
• Clinical fellowship year or supervision by CCC-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Perform, identify, and rehabilitate speech, language, and dysphagia disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in departmental programs and staff in-service activities.
