Responsibilities:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients regain their power by assisting with communication, swallowing, and remediation of disorders. You are responsible for delivering effective rehab services, designing treatment plans, and working with patients to execute those plans. You see patients as individuals and aim to restore, reinforce, and enhance their speech and communication abilities. You adapt to patient needs and find joy in a variety of work settings, from equipment cleaning to meetings. Collaboration with peers and making referrals are key parts of your role. You also train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. If this describes you, we'd love to meet you!

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similar field acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow. Candidates eligible to obtain the Certificate are also accepted.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required in the state of practice.
