Job summary

Vertical Health Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Advanced Care of Saint Joseph in Saint Joseph, Missouri. This Full-Time role offers daytime hours and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Join our in-house therapy team in a single location with supportive leadership and a focus on patient-centered care. Full-time pay scales range $42-$52/hour; PRN $55-$65/hour. In-house equipment and CEU opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• SNF experience is a plus - but new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in a SNF setting (diverse caseloads: orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, long-term care).
• Collaborate with in-house therapy teams at Advanced Care of Saint Joseph.
• Deliver patient-centered care and support growth of the therapy program.
