Job summary

Apploi in Florida is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services. The role requires independent work, coordination with an interdisciplinary team, and experience in home health.

You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, treat speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia disorders, document visits per Medicare guidelines, and educate patients and caregivers. A Florida SLP license and CPR certification are required; home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Florida SLP license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Driver’s license with reliable transportation.
