Job summary

Diamond Care Group is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy services in Florida. The role requires independent work while coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluations, plan development, and treatment of speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia disorders. Florida SLP license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Active Florida SLP license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation is a plus.
