We are hiring full-time and part-time Speech Therapists to join our dynamic care team at Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell. Enjoy weekly pay, a Monday-Friday schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients/residents and develop care plans.
• Provide direct treatments, participate in team meetings, and supervise staff as required.
• Train and educate patients/residents and caregivers.
• Document activities accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy.
• Current state licensure.
• Two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• CEUs as per licensure requirements.
