Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat pediatric speech and language disorders in patients’ homes or other natural settings. The clinician will tailor treatment plans and work with families to reinforce techniques in daily life.

The role requires Texas licensure, a Master’s degree in SLP, and ability to collaborate with healthcare teams while maintaining detailed records and ongoing progress notes.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure and certification as an SLP in Texas.
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience working with children with dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments in homes, daycares or other natural environments to determine speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in the child’s home, daycare, or other natural environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on speech and language techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
