Job summary

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join our care team. You will evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.

We offer competitive pay at $45-$55 per hour, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with employer match, and a collaborative, supportive work environment. A WA license and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology are required.

Qualifications

  • WA state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.
  • Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Washington state licensure
CCC-SLP certification preferred

Pay: $45-$55 per hour

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering resident-centered, compassionate care
