Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clermont is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver personalized speech and language therapy to patients in a collaborative post-acute care setting. You will evaluate needs, develop and adjust treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes while working with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Masters degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Provide speech-language therapy to patients in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient outcomes.
