Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) by ASHA.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Masters degree preferred, or Bachelors degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and provide compassionate care within a collaborative team.
