Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You'll evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans, using cutting-edge technology and a collaborative team.

Current state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience) are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (CDP) completed or in good standing.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
