Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients recover communication and swallowing functions. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans in a supportive inpatient setting within a national rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to recovery milestones.
