Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation for patients. The successful candidate will hold state licensure or certification, CCC (ASHA) certification, and CPR either at hire or within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA).

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
