Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
