Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and deliver personalized speech and language therapy for patients across our rehabilitation network.

The role requires current licensure or certification and CCC-SLP where applicable, with CPR required within 30 days of hire. A Master’s degree is preferred, and opportunities for growth are highlighted across our national footprint.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification: CCC (CCC-SLP) preferred or required where applicable.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.
