Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs, delivering compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Applicants should hold current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR (or obtain within 30 days). Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience. Join a leader in post-acute care and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
