Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for patients with speech and language disorders in an inpatient setting. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver personalized therapy and measure progress.

Qualifications

• State licensure/certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or in process.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
