Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will develop individualized treatment plans, track progress, and adjust therapy to maximize outcomes in a patient-centered environment.

Successful candidates hold state licensure or eligibility, CCC certification, and CPR training (or obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification as Speech-Language Pathology Clinician (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education
