Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive environment. You will evaluate, treat, and document progress using cutting-edge technology at the nation’s largest rehabilitation company.

Current licensure, CCC, CPR, and the preferred master's degree are required or encouraged; join a team that values growth, continuous education, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
