Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans. You will work closely with patients to improve communication abilities and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds CCC and state licensure, with CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with relevant clinical experience.

• CCC required for certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories as part of ongoing rehabilitation.
