Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo in the United States seeks a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive, high‑tech environment. You’ll evaluate, design, and deliver personalized therapy plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Current licensure or certification is required; CCC is preferred, CPR required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification preferred; ASHA CCC preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
