Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Irmo is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in a welcoming, team-focused environment. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans, while tracking progress and outcomes in a supportive, high-quality care setting.

Ideal candidates hold current state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and possess a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
