Encompass Health, a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and language challenges near home. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized therapy in a supportive, high-tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure in speech-language pathology as required by state regulations.
• CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) completed or in progress.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as needed.
• Track, document and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support patient milestones.
