Job summary

Encompass Health invites a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop personalized plans, and track progress using advanced therapy tools.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories and progress throughout therapy.
