Qualifications

• Active licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion with relevant practicum.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy approaches as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and provide compassionate care.
