Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Lowell seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with speech and language impairments.

You will document progress, adjust treatments as needed, and celebrate patient milestones within a supportive, team-driven environment at a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
