Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Lowell is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized treatment plans and document progress in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR either on hire or within 30 days. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with field experience, to join a nationally recognized rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) must be completed.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
