Job summary

NeuroRestorative, part of Sevita, seeks a PRN Speech Therapist to assess and treat clients with speech, language, voice and swallowing needs. You will review charts, craft treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and caregivers to support rehabilitation goals.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and at least one year of experience. Travel may be required; adherence to HIPAA and professional standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy.
• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech and language skills, articulation, and voice disorders to determine needs.
• Review medical history, perform evaluations, and determine therapy requirements.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans with physician input.
• Coordinate therapy modifications with clinical leadership and the client's physician.
• Identify intervention strategies and monitor progress toward rehab goals.
• Instruct clients and caregivers to maintain or improve functioning levels.
• Ensure proper documentation and HIPAA-compliant medical records.
• Communicate test results, diagnoses, and changes to the care team.
