NeuroRestorative, part of Sevita, seeks a licensed Speech Therapist to direct and administer therapy for clients with communication disorders. You will review records, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to support functional recovery and independence.

This is a PRN, on-site role in Louisville, with responsibilities across evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. The role requires a Master’s in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology, current licensure, and

Competenze

• Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology and one year’s experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
• Travel as needed

Mansioni

• Assess speech and language skills, development, articulation ability and voice and fluency disorders.
• Review medical history, perform evaluation, and determine therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans; coordinate modifications with clinical leadership.
• Identify and develop intervention strategies; review medical data to assess progress.
• Instruct clients, family members, and caregivers to maintain or achieve optimal functioning.
• Coordinate home care services and transfer pertinent data to physicians and caregivers.
• Review and document evaluation reports, tests, results, and diagnoses.
• Document assessments and therapy interventions per physician orders and policies.
• Address client or staff concerns and maintain HIPAA-compliant, safe environment.
• Perform related duties as required
