Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.

The role emphasizes identifying issues, modifying treatment as necessary, and tracking patient progress, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth in a nationwide post-acute care leader.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
