Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and implement speech-language pathology services in a patient-centered setting. You will assess communication disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and track outcomes to support meaningful improvements in patients' lives.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC (ASHA), CPR completion, and a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification completed (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Deliver, monitor, and adjust speech therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with care teams to support communication goals.
• Celebrate progress and empower patients through therapy.
