Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with speech and language needs. You will work in a nationwide rehabilitation leader with a focus on compassionate care and outcomes.

The role requires current state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR either already obtained or expected within 30 days of hire. A master’s degree is preferred, or a bachelor’s with relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education
