Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a supportive inpatient setting. You will develop individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires active licensure, CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Speech-Language Pathology Certification).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
