Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requires state licensure, CCC, and CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master's degree is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience as an alternative. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy (as required).
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech therapy plans for patients with communication needs.
• Identify issues and modify treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient progress and response to therapy.
• Celebrate patient victories and progression.
