Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our national rehabilitation team, delivering personalized therapy to patients and helping them regain communication skills in a supportive, high-tech environment.

We value compassionate care, ongoing professional growth, and a collaborative culture across 150 nationwide locations. Current state licensure is required, CCC certification preferred, CPR/BLS within 30 days, and a master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification preferred; required or recommended as per role.
• CPR/BLS certification either already held or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s with field experience acceptable.
• Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout the therapy journey.
