Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized speech and language therapy for patients in a compassionate, community-focused setting.

You will document progress, adjust care as needed, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team. We offer day-one benefits and opportunities to grow within the nation's largest rehabilitation company.

Formación

• Must hold current state license in Speech Therapy or be eligible for licensure.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA) certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech and language therapy plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document and report patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.

Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree with field experience
