Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the 9th St Clinic in Rockford. You will provide clinical services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Ongoing CEUs are required.
• No minimum experience required.
• Current Illinois license or eligibility is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility is required.

Job description

90% FTE, Monday-Friday varying schedule. You will work at UW Health 9th St Clinic 209 9th St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required

Work Experience

• No minimum experience required.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Has certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision. Required
