Job Requirements
Education and Work Experience
  • Master's Degree or foreign equivalent: Required
Licenses/Certifications
  • Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
  • American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
Facility Specific License/Certifications
  • AHA‑BLS or ARC‑BLS or AHA‑CPR or ARC‑CPR: Required
  • OR‑SLP: Required
  • WA‑SLP: Required
Essential Functions
  • Assesses and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments, patient care needs, interventions and outcomes.
