The role requires state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a Master’s degree; ASHA CCC is preferred; a valid driver’s license and being 21+ are required; the incumbent will maintain clinic documentation and participate in patient education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Valid driver's license and must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Assesses and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments and outcomes.
• Identifies changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters.
• Reviews treatment plans and adjusts programs as needed.
• Maintains documentation in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Instructs patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
