Job summary

Encompass Health in the United States is seeking a Speech Pathologist to assess and treat patients with speech and language challenges within our inpatient rehabilitation network.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver compassionate care using advanced therapy tools.

Applicants must hold CCC, state licensure, CPR, and a Master's degree; bachelor's with field experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification is required or must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
