Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, implement, and monitor therapy for patients with speech and language needs. You will document progress and adjust treatment as necessary, contributing to a caring, patient-focused team in a hospitalized rehabilitation setting.

Successful candidates hold state licensure and CCC, with CPR certification either in place or achievable within 30 days; a Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with relevant field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
