Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team and deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services. You will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients with speech and communication needs in a supportive and technology-enabled environment.

Requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR (or within 30 days). Master’s preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.
