Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience in dysphagia management, speech-language assessment, AAC, and related therapies preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families; strong teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care; problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare IT systems.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy across language, articulation, voice, fluency.
• Utilize AAC devices to aid communication.
• Educate patients and families about therapy options.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services.
