Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist, healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management and comprehensive assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for communication disorders.
• Provide therapy across receptive/expressive language, articulation, voice, and fluency.
• Utilize AAC and assistive devices to aid communication.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy options.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for holistic care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, plans, and progress.
