Qualifications

• High energy and motivation; able to work with minimal supervision after probation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical speech-language therapy to assigned patients.
• Direct and supervise support personnel and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Perform evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing reassessment.
• Discharge planning and documentation ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and clear communication with patient/family.
