Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in California, serving TK–5th grade students in a school-based setting. The SLPA will work under a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist to implement plans and support diverse student communication needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, documentation of progress, and adherence to state regulations. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and a CA SLPA license is required.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary-aged students in a school-based setting. This full-time opportunity serves a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 5th-grade caseload and offers collaboration with an experienced supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Support students with a variety of communication needs in an elementary school setting.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in team meetings and consultations as needed.
• Follow all state and district regulations regarding SLPA practice.
