Hours & Compensation

Flexible hours Monday–Friday. Options include a 4‑day work week Monday‑Thursday 8 am–7 pm.

• Contractor/1099: $17 per 30‑minute visit ($34 / hr); shift differential 4 pm–8 pm Monday‑Friday or all day Saturday/Sunday increases to $27 per 30‑minute visit ($54 / hr).
• Pay per visit/W‑2: Part‑time with benefits 20–29 hours/week; full‑time benefits start at 30 hours+/week.
• Monolingual SLPA: $13–$18 per 30‑minute session ($26–$36 / hr).
• Bilingual SLPA: $18–$23 per 30‑minute session ($36–$46 / hr).
• Guaranteed Hourly/W‑2: Part‑time with benefits 20–29 hours/week; full‑time benefits start at 30 hours+/week. Rates range from $22–$25 / hr based on years of experience.
