Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Houston. This exciting role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to implement engaging therapy plans that impact the lives of patients positively.

REQUIRED Bilingual Spanish & English and HOURS: 4-10's (8am-7pm - 4 days/week)

3 ways you can join our team:

1. Contractor/1099 rates: $17/30 minute visit ($34/hour) and shift differential after 3pm Saturday & all day Sunday increases to $27/30 minute visit ($54/hour)

2. Pay per visit/W-2: Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week.

• Monolingual SLPA $13 - $18/visit ($26-$36/hour)
• Bilingual SLPA $18 -$23/visit ($36-$46/hour)

3. Guaranteed Hourly/W-2: Part-time with Benefits 20-29 hours/week and Fulltime Benefits start at 30/hours+ week. Rates range from $21-$25/hour based on years of experience
